It does _not_ remove the read aloud option. As the button is still annoyingly next to the address bar. How to get rid of that button? There are also other buttons there, for which I can find no way to remove them. It is beyond stupidity, that Microsoft does not seem to offer an easy way to remove those unwanted buttons. (Not on the toolbar, but in or next to the address bar.)
